TAXPRO SERVICES CORPORATION

Q.  WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH TAXPRO SERVICES CORPORATION?

A. The best way to contact us:

During The Tax Season (Feb 1 - April 15):

By telephone or email.  The telephone will be on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  I never answer the telephone "cold" without first first screening the call through my answering machine - so don't hang up because I may be listening!

After The Tax Season (April 16 - Jan 31):

By email, fax or postal mail.

Go to the CONTACE ME Page for the fax number and email and postal addresses.

Q. HOW MUCH WILL YOU CHARGE TO PREPARE MY TAX RETURNS?

A.  The fee is based on a combination of the number of forms, schedules and worksheets needed and the amount of time involved in the preparation of your return.  The more organized you are, the lower the fee will be.

We can guarantee that our fees compare very favorably with the charges of the "fast food" chain of commercial preparers (you know who I mean) and the excessive fees charged by CPAs.

A copy of our 1040 fee schedule is available upon request.

There is no charge for brief email, fax or telephone questions or advice.  For more detailed consultations which require specific research, worksheets or written opinions we will charge at an hourly rate of $50.00.

AIf you receive a letter from any of your "Uncles" during the year relating to a federal or state income tax return I have prepared mail or fax it to us immediately and we will respond accordingly.  Please do not attempt to call me first!

We do not charge for responding to tax notices when (a) the return was one we have prepared and was correct as originally filed, or (b) if I made an error.  If we have to prepare additional forms or schedules or an amended return, or if the return being questioned was prepared by someone else, we will charge accordingly based on my regular fee schedule.
